Evaluation
& Diagnostics
The purpose of a speech and language evaluation is to identify one’s areas of strengths and needs, and to determine if specialized treatment would be beneficial.
We offer several evaluation options, allowing us to select the most appropriate structure based on your concerns and your child’s developmental history.
All evaluations are followed by a comprehensive report of findings and specific recommendations.
Speech & Language Therapy
We provide one-on-one speech and language therapy within our client’s home or our office, focusing on each child’s individual needs.
We find what is motivating and meaningful to the child and embed our goals into those activities to make our sessions fun and effective.
Caregiver coaching and thorough home programming are also included after each session to foster continued growth outside of therapy.
Consultation
At WPTC, we view ourselves as part of your child’s team. As such, we enjoy and encourage collaboration with all providers, across disciplines, in various settings.
We offer consultations to provide continuity and coordination of care, contribute to school-based program meetings, and review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for families to make recommendations.
